The alliance will cooperate on three lines of action:

 Technological innovations for qualitative, affordable, ecological, and sustainable treatment of acute and chronic renal failures (acute kidney injury and end-stage renal disease) by dialysis.
 Training and capacity building of health personnel.
 Involvement of health systems in targeted countries through the constitution of an epidemiological base, as well as the co-construction of medical and operational guidelines.

The Alliance initiated a process in two phases: an induction phase and a development phase.
The aim of the induction phase will be to propose an innovative dialysis equipment that will overcome the identified constraints and barriers of low- and middle- income countries.
The development phase will then bring this solution to live and work on partnerships to develop training and epidemiology registries.
